The Good Life, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides yoga education through christianleeby.com, yogapainpro.com, the Yoga Pain Pro Academy, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, signing up for our email list, booking a call, joining our community, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Description of Services
We provide yoga education for yoga teachers, including:
Free educational content and resources
Free consultation and strategy calls
Yoga Pain Pro Academy membership (hosted on Skool)
Certification Mentorship programs (hosted on Skool)
Live classes, Q&A sessions, and recorded trainings
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
Account Registration
When you create an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
Take responsibility for all activity under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Payment and Billing
Subscriptions:
Yoga Pain Pro Academy is billed monthly at the current rate
Payment is processed automatically each billing cycle
You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period
Free Trials:
If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends
You may cancel during the trial without charge
One-Time Purchases:
Payment is due at time of purchase
Payment plans, if offered, must be completed per the agreed schedule
Refunds:
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
For mentorship programs, refund and guarantee policies are specified at time of purchase

Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, trainings, written materials, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by The Good Life, LLC and protected by copyright law.
You may:
Access content for your personal and professional development
Apply what you learn in your own yoga teaching
You may NOT:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
Share your login credentials or account access
Resell, republish, or create derivative works from our materials
Record live sessions without permission
User Conduct
When participating in our community, you agree to:
Treat other members with respect
Keep discussions relevant and constructive
Refrain from spam, harassment, or offensive content
Not share medical advice or diagnose conditions
Follow community guidelines posted on Skool
We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER:

PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:
As a yoga teacher, you are responsible for your own scope of practice, liability insurance, and professional conduct. Our trainings do not constitute licensure or certification to practice medicine or physical therapy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Good Life, LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Injuries resulting from application of techniques taught
Actions of other community members
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Good Life, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of our services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your teaching activities and interactions with your students
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
Your right to use the services ceases immediately
We are not obligated to refund any fees paid
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
You may cancel your account at any time by following the cancellation process on Skool or contacting us.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or website notice.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
